Providing Compassionate and Comprehensive Care
Regardless of prognosis, the diagnosis of a serious illness impacts individuals and families and often results in a sense of uncertainty and grief. Elizabeth provides compassionate care fostering strength, coping and resiliency for individuals and families of all ages. She offers therapeutic counselling from time of diagnosis, throughout treatment, into remission, at the end of life and into bereavement. Understanding that professional caregivers are impacted by grief and loss, Elizabeth offers support to healthcare providers and is also a clinician resource with the Physician Health Program at the Ontario Medical Association.
